- You retain ownership of your original content
- We maintain ownership of pre-existing tools and frameworks
- Custom solutions become your property upon full payment
3. Confidentiality
- We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information
- NDAs available upon request
- Data handling complies with GDPR and relevant regulations
- Secure development and deployment practices
4. Payment Terms
- Rate: $100/hr billed through Upwork
- Payment milestones set at project start
- 14-day payment terms
- All payments processed via Upwork
5. Limitation of Liability
- Services provided 'as is' without warranty
- Not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Maximum liability limited to fees paid
- Force majeure clause applies
